Starting Over

Looking for a way to pass the time at work.. my new job- which may not stay my new job for long either. Only because I have an offer coming up in 2 weeks that is full time and obviously more $$ - which is exactly what I need right now. Fuuuck.. my money worry woes never seem to cease and I need a gig that will jump start my ass back to being on track. The two weeks I was un-employed were glorious. Sleeping in - going out (for free most of the time) was just what I needed to relax and re-gain some perspective of what needs to be done and how I need to continue to handle it going forward. So as of right now, other than my worries with being broke and paying off debts & bills - everything else is peachy =)

I live in a great spot with JUST MY SISTER!! No more crazy roommate bullshit to deal with or have to endure. No more being locked up in my room just to avoid them... well Ryan wasnt so bad but if I hung out with him, I'd have to hang out with crazy, so no thanks to that. Im right in the heart of Hillcrest.. our spot is so spacious and I can practically walk to everything I need and Im literally a 4 min drive to Culture Shock - even if I get stopped at a red light!! Whatchu know about that?!! Love it! The job Im at now is a 30 sec drive!! I only drive because this insanely hot weather would be a 15 min walk for me! And me and heat do not go well together at all... I'd rather drive the 30 seconds thank u very much.

Havent seen much of the b!tches lately.. we all have such different and busy lives now.. but we ALWAYS manage to come back together and pick up right where we left off. Barbie is a mommy now.. Olivia is beautiful and a carbon copy of Alex!! Juli & Ren are finally engaged - and from what I saw on her blog they also got themselves a new ride! Early wedding present to themselves. Nice!! Alysia is working two jobs and I think she's back at school. Sarah is in Temecula with family. Suzette is doing good Im sure.. with Pat by her side Im sure she's happy and doing well. I miss them tho.. they're my dearest and oldest friends. They always know how to make my soul feel at home.

Culture Shock took a 2 week hiatus just coz we didnt have much coming up. But NOW.. we're 2 days away from World of Dance. Thanks to Seanskee for making such a dope mix.. that's all we needed! With all the old pieces we've been doing over and over again, a lot of us were getting bored and it was showing real bad. But with the new music - its like a whole new medley. MUSIC man, it speaks volumes for what it can do to a dancers vibe! Im saying.. I love it! So here we come WOD... We worked really hard on Keri Hilson - the girls piece last night. So I pray it will go off with out a hitch on Saturday. I mean I know CSSD has lost its "reputation" with all the OG dancers like Sammie, Julie, Samath, Rynan, Eddie, Jazmyne etc... gone but shit.. things change and evolve and I wanna be apart of CS's revival. I just hope everyone else is on my level. Our 10 year anniversary for Showcase is coming up and I cant wait!!! We're opening and closing the show this year too! Im always excited to see all the Culture Shocks come together!! Hollerate =)

Still no love interests on my end... well there's always potential but it always seems to never work out. There is someone right now, but I think his naiveness is just going to be a huge problem down the road - if there is even a "down the road" to be. Not really stressing on it tho coz I've got way to many other things to take care of. And my heart cant really handle too much stress from another human being. I will say Im over the hot and cold bullshit some guys be playing tho. Ugh... Enough on that coz I'll just keep rambling on forever. I'll try to update more. No pics for now, my camera broke 2 weeks ago after I dropped it on the floor at the Tavern. Now it only takes blurry pictures. So sad. I want a Canon anyways tho, but that's going to be a long while before I can afford something like that. Yeesh.
